由于 GitHub 没有提供一些事件的 notifications，比如：- 创建 label 事件（需求）。比如当 good first issue, expert-level 被创建时，你想要尽快知道。- 其他人被 @。比如当你你想关注其他用户被人提到。- issue 评论包含了某些关键词。比如你负责或者感兴趣的模块被提到时。我开源了一个浏览器插件，可以解决上面提到的问题：chrome web storefirefox add-ongithub repo欢迎任何意见！
