A provider can personally demonstrate exercises by creating custom user-generated videos, images, audio, or text. Or, by pulling in YouTube videos or from a third party exercise library to create the perfect program for your client.
Providers can track when a client completes their exercises, they can set goals, and they can reward their clients by having them earn points and get incentives whenever they complete their exercises.
There is also an internal messaging platform plus the ability to set exercise reminders.
