Amipharm Vercel App
Amipharm Vercel App is a B2B pharmaceutical network platform designed specifically for the pharmacies of Mali. Built to solve the twin crises of medication shortages and expired-stock losses that plague the country’s healthcare supply chain, it creates a single connected ecosystem where pharmacies can share surplus, cover ruptures, and transact with each other directly — all in real time.
The platform currently connects over 200 pharmacies across Mali, with a catalogue of more than 1,200 medications available at any given moment. The core promise is simple and powerful: find any out-of-stock medication anywhere in the network in less than 2 minutes. When a pharmacy raises a network-wide alert for a missing drug, every connected pharmacy receives it simultaneously, and the average response time is under two minutes. This is not a listing board — it is an active, live supply chain tool.
Pharmacies join by creating a free account, which is validated by the AmiPharm team within 24 hours. Once inside, they can publish their surplus stock — particularly medications approaching their expiry date — to the shared catalogue, or search the catalogue to fill their own gaps. When a desired medication is found, the ordering process happens directly on the platform: the buyer selects the quantity, confirms the order, and coordinates delivery with the seller through the platform’s built-in messaging. All transactions, deliveries, and payments are tracked within the system.
One of the platform’s most innovative features is the AMO (Assurance Maladie Obligatoire — mandatory health insurance) checker. Pharmacies can use it to verify whether a given medication or treatment is covered under the national health insurance scheme, and calculate how much a patient can claim back. This reduces the financial uncertainty that often discourages patients from completing their treatments.
The platform also provides pharmacies with a personal analytics dashboard. Automatic low-stock alerts notify pharmacy managers before they run out of critical medications. Price history graphs show how medication costs have moved across the network over time. Weekly analytical summaries give each pharmacy a clear picture of their inventory turnover, best-selling items, and opportunities for optimisation. A promotion module allows pharmacies to publish special offers to the entire network, driving traffic to slower-moving stock before it expires.
Amipharm Vercel App was born from a direct understanding of the operational realities facing Mali’s independent pharmacies: unpredictable demand, the constant threat of expiry losses, a fragmented supply chain, and patients who go without because the nearest pharmacy simply does not have their medication in stock. By connecting all 200+ pharmacies into a single intelligent network, AmiPharm turns a diffuse problem into a collective solution.
