Everyone wants to sell AI consulting yet almost nobody has the infrastructure to deliver it.
ConsultKit is that infrastructure.
One agent, Felix, runs your entire AI consulting frontend. Leads come in 24/7 through your branded assessment funnel and qualify themselves.
Felix handles everything between the lead and the close:
- He spins up custom deep audit questionaires for every stakeholder in the prospect organisation
- He applies his knowledge of all core business processes of ALL industry verticals
- He finds all the major bottlenecks of a business
- He quantifies the leaks, losses and ROI and SHOWS the calculations
- He finds out how first movers in the industry are applying AI and automation
- He builds a case for the prospect to invest in you for delivery
- He creates a detailed McKinsey grade audit report built to convert, packaged in your brand
AI Consultants are charging between $2K-$25K for an AI readiness audit.
