To register a company or publish a compliant Impressum on their web app, they need a real business address. The free option is your private home address, which then stays permanently public in the Austrian commercial register.

Postservice.at solves this with a ladungsfähige address that is accepted by the Austrian commercial register (Firmenbuch) for a GmbH, FlexKap, AG, OG, KG or sole proprietorship, valid under the Austrian E-Commerce Act for websites, web apps, newsletters and app store listings, and recognised by the trade authority. Your private home address stays out of the Firmenbuch, the Impressum and WHOIS records.
