Twitter Aura

Twitter Aura is a generative-AI tool that scores any Twitter or X handle out of ten and renders a multi-colour aura palette extracted from the profile. Hosted at https://twitter-aura2.vercel.app/ and built by Ron Kiehn, the app is a modern, browser-only take on the classic auralized.com concept — but driven by large language models that read the public timeline, avatar, banner and posting style of each account.

The interface is a dark, neon-accented single screen titled "WHAT COLOR IS YOUR AURA." A visitor types an @ handle into the input field, presses Analyze, and the app returns a numeric score (for example 7.5/10 or 9.5/10) plus a palette of six to ten hex codes. Each entry in the live leaderboard lists the handle, the time since analysis, the score, and the generated palette, so users can quickly compare themselves against the rest of the Twitter community.

Twitter Aura is built as a static Vercel app and runs entirely client-side. There is no signup and no data collection beyond the public profile information needed to compute the aura. The project credits generative AI for the interpretation, links to the public source code, and offers a small donation link to cover the author's Vercel hosting bills.

The audience for Twitter Aura is broad: Twitter power users, design and vibe-aesthetic accounts, AI-curious creators, and anyone who wants a fun, shareable snapshot of their online presence. The leaderboard mechanic encourages users to post their palette back to Twitter, which loops new visitors into the tool. The app works on desktop and mobile and is free to use.
